Deputies have identified a driver recently arrested for his role in a violent crash that killed four other people in the vehicle near Casa Grande last year. A certain part of the Superstition Mountains east of the Valley is back open after dangerous wildlife prompted a closure of a popular trailhead, officials with the Tonto National Forest said Friday.
